Bedrooms and Bedding

Bedroom 1 spacious and lovely with a comfortable king-sized bed taking centre stage. Opposite the bed is a splendid stone feature fireplace.

Bedroom 2 views onto the marina with heavy duty bunk beds, standard single size, suitable for adults 100kg per bed.

All bedding is cotton. 

Bathrooms 

Roomy ground floor toilet and well lit shower room shelving and hooks for robes.  The powerful shower enclosure is spacious. 

Towels are provided.

There is a stylish oak dining table which seats 4. Controllable gas central heating.

Appliances are very well provided to include a full size hob and oven, dishwasher, undercounter fridge/freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, board games, books.

On-street parking is permitted directly outside Kipper Cottage between 18:00 and 09:00 hours.  There is further unrestricted on-street parking adjacent to Kipper Cottage. Otherwise, there is a large public car park 75m away.
